The UK is a freaking gem when it comes to rnb back in the mid to late 90s and today as well. Shola Ama's Much Love is a perfect example of rnb that came out then, that went under the radar internationally cuz her first single You're The One I Love, is a banger that hook is bangin it made the charts in the UK where it peaked at number #3 but didn't chart anywhere else. The second single. You Might Need Somebody is one of the weaker tracks to me cuz I don't really rock with these slow-ass ballads except for Toni Braxton or Janet Jackson ballads. Anyway, that shouldn't have been a single even tho it charted, in my opinion, the headbanging banger, We Got A Vibe, a song about a guy that has that special vibe that she likes. This is basically every IG chick's captions in a song. the other single should've been a warm feeling joint Summer Love perfect song to play. Simultaneously while the bbq is close to wrapping up, ya uncle is drinking his last beer and jumping into his car before family members stop him cool lil joint.
Overall: This album is lacking with weak ballads that drags it down but when it hits it hits, naw mean, i give it 3 solid mics
